Hullabaloo Kids was founded by Sarah Jones in early 2007 as a company that specialised in Baby Activity classes for
Pre-Schoolers aged 0 months - 3 years. Starting out as just one person... Sarah as a tutor in her local area of Doncaster, it very quickly grew from been just one tutor to becoming a franchised business, providing affordable business opportunities to mothers with young children, who in other circumstances were unable to earn a living whilst caring for their children.
Due to unforseen circumstances Sarah Jones has personally ceased trading from Monday 26th January 2009. However Sarah Jones has given absolute permission for Hullabaloo Kids to continue under the control of the management team of mums/franchisees.
What this means is there is no longer one owner of Hullabaloo Kids. Instead Hullabaloo Kids is now controlled by the franchisees. Some franchisees have decided to relaunch their small business under a completely different name from Hullabaloo Kids and some are still known as Hullabaloo Kids.
To enable the website to work for everyone involved, it has now become a simple hosting site for all the current tutors whom have been working as Hullabaloo Kids tutors.
This change will not effect any parents who are or want to attend a class in their areas, it just means that some tutors will be running under a different business name. All details will be displayed on each individuals tutors webpage.
Any matters pertaining Hullabaloo Kids prior to January 27th 2009 is of the sole responsibilty of Sarah Jones and should be addressed for her attention at the address listed below.
From February 2009 each individual tutor is solely responsible for their own business and area covered and all enquires should be sent to those individuals directly... contact details can be find on their personal webpages.
A Message from Sarah dated 27th January 2009....
Dear Management Team
I have personally ceased trading from Monday 26th January 2009.
I do however give absolute permission for Hullabaloo Kids to continue under the control of the management team. I hereby give permission for all lesson plans, resources, documents, email and website and the Hullabaloo Kids name to be used under the control of the management team.
After seeking legal advice anything pertaining to Hullabaloo Kids before January 2009 must be sent in writing to me at:
