| ABOUT ME - CAROLINE Hi I’m Caroline, Mummy to Alfie James born in June 2008. I’m your Jittabugs founder Tutor for the Ribble Valley, Lancashire and Yorkshire.
My background is 3 years training at The Merseyside Dance and Drama Centre and then many years of working in shows as a performer and a children’s entertainer for children and families on cruise ships, holiday parks, theme parks, television and theatre abroad and in the UK. I gained my dance teacher and fitness qualifications and then had many years teaching performing arts to children in nurseries and dance schools and keep fit to adults and then eventually setting up my own schools down South. I recently sold my chain of theatre schools to move back to the North and start a family. I taught children from 2 to 18 years in dance, drama, singing and theatre studies. The Princes Trust were involved in helping me to set up the first school financially and over the years I expanded to six, winning me A Princes Trust Business award.
I am very excited to be a new mummy and to teach Baby sign, Baby Play, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Pre-School Dance,Drama & Singing as a Jittabugs Tutor. This is a perfect way for me to enjoy time with Alfie and meet other mums whilst passing on skills to parents/carers to encourage babies to explore their senses using, touch, sound and smell and to communicate and bond with their carers whilst having fun and building confidence. We also have social time at the end of the class for carers to meet other carers and let the children play and share with each other.
Classes launched in January 2009 and I have already been receiving quite a lot of interest so don’t delay and contact me today!!
Your first session will be free and then classes will be based on a pay-as-you-go or for a more affordable option you can pre-pay for the term.
Jittabugs is now available for franchise and we are currently running in Scotland, London, Cambridgeshire, Newcastle, Lancashire and Yorkshire.
